1 General Terms & Conditions

3 Age & Eligibility

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bonus balance is kept separate from your main account balance for withdrawal purposes. Only the main wallet balance is eligible for withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300 and the daily maximum is ৳2,00,000.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. However, large withdrawal amounts pending KYC verification may take up to 24 hours. Transactions flagged as suspicious under anti-money laundering policy may be held for review.

5 Betting Rules

If a match or event is cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled timeframe, the relevant bet is generally declared void and the stake is refunded. However, if the outcome of the event has already been determined and is accepted by the relevant authorities, that result stands as final.

The minimum bet for Sports Betting is ৳50 and the maximum single bet is ৳50,000. Separate limits apply to Live Casino and lottery games. The maximum payout for accumulator bets is ৳5,00,000.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Claiming a bonus requires fulfilling the wagering conditions specific to that promotion
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per account (excluding recurring bonuses)

• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry

7 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balance.

• Registering with false identity or misleading information
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegally obtained funds
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, phishing, or any other unauthorized means.
• Harassing or defrauding other members
• Creating artificial betting patterns to abuse bonuses

8 Account Closure & Suspension
